About Sheena

Sheena Beckles is the Founder and Lead Designer at Levyl Culture. She has a background in project, client, and corporate event management, coupled with schooling in Inclusive Leadership and Organizational Change. Throughout her career, she was consistently recognized for simplifying complex processes and systems, boosting employee buy-in, and  cross-functional collaboration.

Amid her successes, she realized there was often a disconnect between employee experience and organizational values. Well-intentionedenhancing workplace improvement strategies were not being executed successfully, often due to lack of foresight or people resources. Herein she saw an opportunity to leverage her skill set and bridge this gap: aiding businesses in designing a workplace culture where all are empowered with the necessary foundation to drive the company’s mission. It is her sincere belief that with the right communications strategy and tailored cultural design, any organization can level up to a higher point of success.

Utilizing her years of exposure to international clients and teams, as well as her equally analytical and intuitive sense of what improves workplace wellness, she fosters healthy discussions around change management, and produces human-centered strategies that unify the business. Ultimately, with each partner she works with, her goal is to ignite a shared passion for the workplace and the organization’s broader vision.
